Income & Employment:
All applicants must have adequate source of income /employment, or adequate funds available for at least six months of rent, utility costs and living expenses.
Credit History/ Background Check:
Applicants must be able to pass our credit screening. All credit screening must show no collections, judgments or liens, no evictions, and a positive history of paying all debts in a timely manner.
We do not accept reusable tenant screening reports.
We offer a free complimentary credit check to all eligible applicants.
Applicant must see the apartment with our agent. You may apply by filling out the application in person at our office. All applicants must have the security deposit in the form of check, money order or cashiers check at the same time as applying.
Our agent will screen your application and credit/background at our office through RHAWA screening.
