Screening Criteria Disclosure


Income & Employment:

All applicants must have an adequate source of income /employment, or adequate funds available for at least six months of rent, utility costs and living expenses.

Credit History:

Applicants must be able to pass a credit screening and must have no collections, judgements or liens.

We are looking for positive credit history for all applicants.

We do not accept reusable tenant screening reports. We offer a free complimentary credit check to all eligable applicants.


Applicant must have been shown the apartment with our representative. You may apply by filling in application and have the security deposit at the same time as applying (unless otherwise agreed to).

Our representative will screen you at our office.
