Application Process
Request an Application
On your tour, you should receive a paper copy of our application. Once completed, bring it to the leasing office for approval. If you did not receive a paper copy of the application, you can request one through rentals@alkiproperties.net
Credit Screening
We offer a free credit screening to all applicants.
Screening Criteria Disclosure
Applicants must have no accounts in collections, no judgments, liens, or evictions. A positive history of on-time payments is required. Applicants must also demonstrate sufficient income, after expenses, to support daily living costs.
Applicants must view the unit prior to signing a lease!
Lease Terms
Six Months Lease Agreement
Once you have been approved we will provide you with the lease agreement, and accept the security deposit. At the end of six month term your tenancy will go month to month automatically.
Tenants pays utilities
Tenant is responsible to pay for water, sewer, garbage and electricity. There is no gas, We set everything up for you.
Maximum Occupancy
Two people for a one bedroom apartment. Four people for a two bedroom apartment.
Sorry No Pets Allowed
We are sorry all of our properties have a no pet policy.
