Does Alki Property Management offer different lease terms?

We only offer our six-month lease term. All of our residents will automatically go to a month-to-month rental agreement once their six-month lease is up.

How do I give notice if I plan to move out?

Alki Property Management LLC requires you to give notice to vacate at least 20 days prior to the end of the month.

Are pets allowed/negotiable?

No, unfortunately, we do not allow pets in any of our units. Although, all service animals and Emotional Support Animals are more than welcome.

How do I apply?

To apply for one of our available units, you should schedule a tour to view the space. You can request an application through rentals@alkiproperties.net, although all applicants must view the unit prior to signing a lease.
