We only offer our six-month lease term. All of our residents will automatically go to a month-to-month rental agreement once their six-month lease is up.
Alki Property Management LLC has a high tenant retention rate due to our excellent customer service, quick response to maintenance requests, and fair and transparent policies.
No, unfortunately, we do not allow pets in any of our units. Although, all service animals and Emotional Support Animals are more than welcome.
